Who we are

iRank is a remote off-page SEO and link building agency. We provide website content, free tools, consultations, and paid packages such as niche-relevant backlinks, authority links, foundation links, guest posting, and related SEO services.

Website and free tools

Website content is provided for general information. Free SEO tools are offered as-is for legitimate research and evaluation. You agree not to abuse tools or APIs (including automated scraping, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass authentication), and not to use outputs to harm third parties or violate search-engine guidelines.

Tool access may require email verification. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or operational limits without notice.

Services and deliverables

Paid work is defined by the package you select, a custom quote, or a written agreement. Typical deliverables include manual link placements, reporting, and related off-page execution described in your scope.

SEO involves third-party platforms (including Google and other search engines) outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, revenue, or indexation timelines. Results vary by niche competition, baseline authority, on-page quality, and external factors.

White-hat methods only

We perform white-hat, manual link building. You agree not to request black-hat tactics we refuse to perform (such as PBNs, automated spam, hacked placements, or deceptive schemes). If your existing profile contains risky history, we may recommend recovery steps before scaling.

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate URLs, brand details, and access needed for delivery
• Ensure you have rights to promote the sites and pages you target
• Respond to reasonable requests for feedback or approvals
• Keep login links and account credentials confidential

Payments

Fees, currency, and payment method are confirmed before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, packages are prepaid. Late payment may pause delivery. Custom packages and monthly retainers follow the billing terms stated in your invoice or agreement.

Link live status and replacements

Where a package includes a live-link guarantee window, replacements are limited to that window and package terms. We cannot control third-party site removals forever. Reporting provides the URLs and anchors delivered so you can verify work.

Refunds

Because digital outreach and placements begin after kickoff, refunds are handled case-by-case. Unused prepaid scope may be discussed; completed placements and time already spent are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and original content on https://irank.online belong to iRank or its licensors. Reports and deliverables created for your project are licensed for your business use. You may not resell our reports or scrape our site content for competing products without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, scrape it abusively, interfere with security, impersonate others, or use our services for unlawful niches or campaigns that violate platform policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or ranking fluctuations. Our total liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees you paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may pause or end ongoing monthly work according to the notice terms in your agreement. We may suspend service for non-payment, abuse, or requests that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
